Big shout out for Lela McNinch and the way she presented the depression and suicide component of our recent training. I was a bundle of mess for my two good friends in the room, both have lost a child to suicide. I knew this topic was going to be a hard one to get through. Lela was straight forward but so empathetic. I really appreciated her approach.
